Beginner Appropriate Classes
ALL of our Vinyasa Flow and Slow Flows are accessible to all levels of student. The best place for a beginner to start is Monday evening 7:30pm Relax and Restore. This combination of extended relaxation sequences and gentle yoga movements allows for the ultimate path to serenity.
All the Circuit, TRX and Bootcamp classes are all levels. Make sure to get in early to let the instructor know of any injuries or limitations you might have.
All of our Cycle Revolution classes are appropriate for the beginner “ready to explore” as you set your tension, resistance and speed in every class. Sit down when you need to even if the class is cued to stand. Not ready to be at 80%? No problem, keep it at 60% until you are. Empower yourself, we’ll be there to help!

Sweat, Strength & Serenity are not reserved for the skilled athlete alone. At Burn Athletic we offer a safe space for all levels to work out and replenish together. Most of our classes are labeled “All Levels.” The caliber of our teaching team allows us to offer these classes that challenge both the seasoned athlete as well as the brand new student with the incorporation of modifications and specialized instruction. Endorphins are for everyone. Come fuel.
